Shipping

Vespera Gallery ships internationally.

All artworks are carefully packaged using professional archival and protective materials to ensure safe transit.

Shipping times vary depending on the photographer, edition, print size and destination. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 weeks, though certain works may require additional production time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local fees imposed by their destination country.

Returns

Due to the limited-edition and made-to-order nature of fine art photography, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:

• The artwork
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

We will work with you and the photographer to arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
