Yes. Every print is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Vespera Gallery. The certificate includes the title of the work, the name of the signatory or signatories, and the relevant limited edition details, providing clear documentation of the print’s authenticity and provenance.

We work directly with the photographers themselves, who produce each print from the original negative, preserving the artist’s original vision and craftsmanship. Each piece is personally hand-signed by the photographer, ensuring authenticity, provenance, and a direct connection between the artist and the collector.

Our photographers use a range of professional, museum-quality printing processes, selected to best suit each body of work. These methods include archival pigment printing as well as traditional darkroom techniques such as silver gelatin and platinum-palladium printing. Each process is chosen by the artist to preserve the integrity, longevity, and intended aesthetic of the original photograph.

For the most part, yes. The majority of our prints are offered as limited editions. Some photographers also make smaller, open-edition prints available at a more accessible price point when larger works are editioned. Edition sizes vary by artist, with some photographers choosing to work in more limited quantities than others.

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Because most prints are custom produced by the photographers, shipping timelines can vary by artist. In general, orders ship within approximately 2–3 weeks. In some cases, production may take longer depending on the photographer’s schedule, especially when they are actively traveling or on tour, making each print truly worth the wait.

Smaller prints up to 20x30” are shipped flat in protective cardboard Masterpak folders to ensure safe transit. Oversized prints are shipped rolled in wide, heavy-duty shipping tubes designed to protect the artwork during delivery.

Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your print. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges or upgrades for another print by the same photographer are not subject to a restocking fee. If you choose to exchange the print for a work by a different photographer, the 15% restocking fee will apply. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the artwork must be in the same condition in which it was received and returned in its original packaging. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Yes. While we primarily represent photographers within our roster, we are able to source exceptional works from outside photographers when their work meets our curatorial and quality standards. We can also assist in locating rare and hard-to-find pieces through the secondary market, ensuring authenticity, condition, and provenance align with our gallery’s standards.

While we do not offer framing services directly, we are happy to advise on framing options. We can also refer you to trusted professional framers across the United States and Canada that we regularly work with, if needed.

Our listed sizes refer to the paper size, not the image size. Each print includes a white border of approximately one inch, which is hand-signed by the photographer. Image dimensions may vary depending on the original film format and how the photographer has prepared the image for printing.

Vespera Gallery is currently an online-only gallery, based in New Jersey. While we do not have a permanent physical space, we regularly host exhibitions and events in Manhattan, and work closely with photographers and collectors worldwide, providing personalized support through our online platform.
